We establish a project organisation that brings together expertise from both your organisation and Safetech P&R Groep. We oversee timelines and budgets, while managing the operational and physical facilities. By aligning the expectations and interests of all stakeholders, we work collaboratively towards a clear and practical implementation plan.

Project management

We guide and coach your entire project. We are involved and keep control from the beginning to the end of the project. This requires varied competences. Important here is to make good agreements and go through the substance, after which we appoint the right project leader and put together the support team.

Supplier management

Safetech P&R Groep monitors innovations and solutions, which are suitable for your needs. In doing so, we pay close attention to supplier quality and service. Systems and techniques must fit the culture, support and feasibility within your organisation. As we are neither a supplier nor a manufacturer, we objectively guide you to the right choice.

Safety- and securitymanagement

In doing so, we help develop and have implemented surveillance and security policies and procedures. We develop a security plan, an annual operational plan and conduct audits. We act as a point of contact for internal and external customers/stakeholders in case of escalations or complex issues.
