Safety- and security awareness

Awareness is the first step in turning a project into a success. At the starting point is the creation of support. This requires employees from different layers of the organisation. They will come together in this training/workshop.

Learning goals:

• Security awareness and behaviour;
• Addressing and giving feedback to colleagues and third parties;
• Dealing with vulnerabilities that can negatively affect the organisation's process;
• Establish standards for identifying risks;
• Application methodology predictive profiling;
• (Proactive) action in unwanted/threatening situations;
• Communication and reporting.

Preventing and managing aggression

We provide operational and people-oriented training to employees on dealing with aggression. We provide new insights and skills that contribute to the right balance between people, communication, information and technology.

Learning goals:

• Learning what constitutes aggression;
• How aggression develops;
• Recognising aggression early;
• Awareness of aggression and how to act;
• Deployment of means and measures to prevent aggression;
• Deployment of resources and measures for dealing with aggression.

We use our sister organisation SOBA Security Opleidingen and/or SPV to schedule and register this training.

Crisis management

During the Crisis Management workshop, we take an interactive look at the risks, mitigation and management of a crisis as it could realistically arise for your organisation.

Learning goals:

• Understanding what a crisis/disaster is about;
• Understanding types of incidents and emergencies;
• Understanding preparation and mitigation;
• Knowledge of basic crisis management requirements;
• Communication and reporting;
• Handholds to return to normal after crises;
• Taking risk-reducing measures.

Emergency Response (ER)+

In our ER+ training, we go a step further by looking at real situations that may arise in your organisation. We adapt the training programme to this.

Recognition ensures more interaction during the training and therefore more commitment to ER activities. After the training, we make an evaluation report. This can serve as a learning objective for the next exercise.

The preliminary examination is conducted in one day and consists of:

• Site visit;
• Conduct 2 interviews;
• Insight into past events and experiences;
• Preparation of risk matrix and training programm.
